Problem to retrieve concepts

Hi Adrian. Thanks for this package. It is amazing and unique on its type.

I have a problem with retrieving concepts. My taxonomy links several files that are not local. When i try to retrieve concepts through $taxonomy->getConcepts() this method only gets the elements in a local files. Some idea about how i can resolve it. It is very important.

Problem while using the api

Hi Adrian i am using your package to parse XBRL and i gaet an error

DOMDocument::load(): Empty string supplied as input

on:
C:\Users\hp\Desktop\RLNXbrlXmlToText\Backend\vendor\adrianclay\xbrl\src\Taxonomy\Schema.php

Get Translation Label

Hi Adrian, thank you for this repo :) I have a question: It is possible to get the translation label of taxonomies? I have different files-idLang.xml with the translation of labels in "en", "fr" and "de" language.

Let me know how if you can and also I think is possible to implement in the Concept.php file the getCustomElement($element) function to get some another custom element not mapped.
