Typo in install

Should be git submodule init; git submodule update
Also need to cd into that repo before running the next command.

Quitting terminal before install finishes

In the mac setup, terminal (among other apps) is quit before the general setup is finished. Perhaps leave that part out entirely and just tell user to restart at very end.
