URI variables in OAS may be defined on a method description

Description

Design center doesn't generate preview of URI Params when working with OAS 2 api spec, nor do they appear on exchange.

Steps to reproduce

Define in OAS API URI parameters on a method instead of endpoint.

Issue with [email protected] with using node version ^14.15.4

We are using node version 14.15.4 and with the introduction of the new dependency [email protected], our build is failing with error - "The engine "node" is incompatible with this module. Expected version ^12.16.0. Got 14.15.4"

This issue seems to have been fixed in the amf-json-ld-lib version - 0.0.14. It would be great if this library is updated in the code.

Can you please help in resolving this issue ASAP.

The `_obtainShapeFromReferences` function may throw an error

When the references is not defined, and it can be undefined in the AMF model, then the _getLinkTarget() function throws an error.
Do a type check on the _obtainShapeFromReferences() function and return undefined when references are not set.
