Quick Heapsort implementation made in C++, work in progress.

Compile under Linux

Compile with g++ testutils.cpp main.cpp -o qhsort, make it executable with chmod +x qhsort and execute using ./qhsort x y where x is the number of tests and y is the array size of each test.

Compile under Windows

Assuming you have MinGW, compile with g++ testutils.cpp main.cpp -o qhsort.exe and execute it with qhsort.exe x y where x is the number of tests and y is the array size of each test.

quickheapsortcpp's Issues

[array_counting_test] Fix VerifyQuickHeapSortIntegrity memory leak

Those deletes cause a "Segmentation fault", for unknown reasons., so they're temporarily disabled. Even if the test program is supposed to close after running all tests, it is not elegant and clean that memory is not freed after being dynamically allocated by the procedure.

[array_counting_test] Reimplementing iteration instead of recursion in QuickHeapsort

The procedure QuickHeapsort from the experimental branch "array_counting_test" is using recursion instead of iteration. The latter should be reimplemented again.
