Add data serialization and deserialization

Need automatic conversion of data into original python type with Redis. As well as make an "interface" for complex objects to serialize and de-serialize them.

Data will look something like this:

serialized_dict = '{"param1":1,"param2":"hello"}'
serialized_numerical = "1.23"

It needs to become this:

deserialized_dict = {"param1":1,"param2":"hello"}
deserialized_numerical=1.23

This may involve storing the data type along with the actual data.

Improved Key Generation

Function names may not be unique across an entire project, especially because of polymorphism.

Current key generation method:

key = func.__name__
for arg in arguments:
    key+=str(args[arg])+","
for k in keyargs:
    key+=str(k)+"="+kwargs[k]
This creates a name like: "func_namearg1,arg2,key1=karg1,key2=karg2

This is not be unique enough.
