Missing requirements

Hi i am trying to build image but i am getting this error : Service 'web' failed to build: The command '/bin/sh -c pip install -r requirements.txt' returned a non-zero code: 1 is this expected or are we missing something.
And also like to thank you so much for your hard work. booktype is one those app which takes agest to install and configure how it works. Thank you so much for your work that helps us to build it easily.
