ShaderPart.screenToViewMatrix relies on undefined "screenToView" scene binding

Hello and thank you for your feedback,

actually the ShaderPart.screenToViewMatrix properties does exist:

https://github.com/aerys/minko/blob/master/src/aerys/minko/render/shader/part/ShaderPart.as#L150

But a recent refactor removed this property from the CameraDataProvider.
Therefore, while the property exists the corresponding scene binding is actually never written and the property should actually be removed from ShaderPart since it's not bound to any actual value.
I will rename this issue accordingly.

Why do you need this value?
If you really need it, you can easily create a DataProvider holding the "screenToViewMatrix" property and a simple additional controller to update it.
