[Feature request] set additional labels per log entry

Right now, labels can only be set during client initialization. It would be very useful if you could set additional labels to individual messages. e.g.:

loki.InfoWithLabelf("{worker_id=\"123\"}", "source = %s, time = %s, i = %d\n", source_name, tstamp, i)

If I try to run the client example I got the following error:

Support a user provided http.Client

If the user could provide an http.Client some authentication schemes would be possible to hook into. (Others might require setting a user provided header).

Rename branch to `main`

It'd be nice if the main branch was renamed to main instead of the legacy / old term.

Unless a large number of users have active clones and are are sending PRs it's usually enough to just follow the GitHub instructions to rename the branch.
