Append "_P" to all PAK file names if it isn't already present

Mod files are normally incompatible with any aircraft that has an updated model or texture from the base game, or is a DLC aircraft. In order to solve this, .pak instead needs to be _P.pak

Some mod authors have updated their mods accordingly, and most newer mods take this into account, but older mod files do not have this filename suffix (here's an example), and they remain broken as a result. In addition, if any of the current aircraft are updated in the future, all of that aircraft's mods will instantly stop working unless they are renamed.

In order to solve this, users must rename the files accordingly, but this is not something they should be doing with Vortex. Instead, this extension should install all mod files by replacing .pak with _P.pak if the mod file doesn't already end in _P.pak to ensure every mod works.

Vortex isn't seeing release 0.2.0 on Nexus

I'm not sure what's going on, but Vortex isn't recognizing the release of 0.2.0 from the Nexus site. The extensions pane only sees 0.1.5 and isn't finding any updates. I could install 0.2.0 manually, but I'm not sure if that might screw something up.

I should mention that Vortex doesn't load the extension in %APPDATA%\Vortex\plugins\game-acecombat7skiesunknown instead the folder is %APPDATA%\Vortex\plugins\AC7 Support for Vortex-125-0-1-5-1599583613 I don't know if that might have something to do with it?

Add a panel for browsing through aircraft

Below the "Mods" panel, it would be helpful to have another panel, something like "Aircraft" or "Skins", that lists all of the aircraft and their skins and display which ones are modded, and by which mods, and which ones are not modded.

The only thing is, this would probably need https://github.com/agc93/acevortex/blob/master/src/attributes/attributes.ts to be updated to support DLC skin slots.
