Can't find 'config' folder

Hi, I was trying to learn more about using cockpit for multilingual sites and saw this line in the docs. It says that there is a config folder, but I cannot find it in the downloaded files of the cockpit-master.zip

Do I have to create the /config/ folder myself also? or is this information incorrect?

Why is *Singletons* missing in the *Modules* section of the docs?

Hi everyone,

I asked myself, why there's the Singletons missing the the Modules section of the docs? In my opinion it would be nice to have Singletons described here as well.

Can I help by suggesting possible content for the page and make a pull request later?
