As I write on chat before. I ask for bring back custom fields from old Galleries module to new Gallery field. It opens up tons of possibilities.
It would be also nice to have switcher for different view of images in gallery (and it's fields).
So Grid view & List view.
I just installed the demo and the menu looks like that http://dev.local/content///about
I tried to debbug, but all I can say is, that $this->registry["base_route"] in App becomes "" somehow. I'm not sure how, because in __construct it's "/cockpit"
When in a collection and viewing all entries, and clicking on a checkbox, a green notification pops up and says Entries reordered
.
It only does this if Sortable Entries is enabled
When I did it the first time, everything bugged out and I got a weird error on the frontend:
Undefined index: _order
Thanks, for not cropping thumbnails! Original aspect ratio is important to setup gallery order.
But when move thumbs around page jumps up.
I guess for full ACL we must wait longer. But such a simple thing like backend non-pro-user don't need to see all site folders/files. Just specific media folder in 13.0. Would be nice.
Creating a form doesn’t work. The page is just blank, no view.
And I get two different errors in the Firefox and Chrome console:
Firefox:
SyntaxError: expected expression, got end of script
cockpit/assets/lib/riot/riot.js?ver=0.12.0
Line 1
Chrome:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token }
I've found a bug.
When making a page, from Cockpit, and you have a form with a required input field, you can't save the page, because the HTML preview shows the input field, and since it's required you can't save the page unless you put something in the input field.
When adding a region to a page from the editor in Cockpit, the page just outputs the code, @region('RegionName')
When adding a new entry in a collection, it sometimes gives an error when looped out:
Undefined index: _order
It can be fixed by doing as described in issue #18
I saw how you've added color picker to core. But how it would be to add the same color picker (or any other dummy example) to modules/addons
? To have separate package independent from updates?
Is there a short guide how to run this ? I seem not to be able to full get it working even after trying various solutions. I hit install and it return 404
Your CMS looks promising.
Is there some tutorial, how to implement form which I was created in admin panel?
I found Cockpit docs dedicated to forms: https://getcockpit.com/docs#!modules/forms but I don't know, how can I work within php inside html file.
Thanks for any suggestions.
When creating a collection, and enabling Sortable Entries, you should be able to drag the entries to change the order. But that doesn't work. I can't drag them. When I do, they disappear and I have to click a few times before it comes back.

When inserting an image through the WYSIWYG editor, it always puts it at the top, and you can't move it and place it somewhere else on the page
Hi, I've installed this project on my local dev environment. It's actually a very nice framework I'd like to use and test. Unfortunately after installation the login-page comes with an error (due to php version update, which I fixed) but then shows a 404. Is this project supposed to be continued in any way or actually not of any future-value because as I see the cockpit-cms is developing further and hasn't been adapted in this repo here.
Btw: just great work :-)
I have a markdown field. The editor renders correctly. However, if I type, it loses focus and have to click in the editor again. Maybe the editor is re-rendered every time? Seems like a bug.
The editor for the default content field works as it should.
My type is defined as follows:
label: Member
ext: md
meta:
text:
type: markdown
label: Description Text
I am in the process of evaluating your cms, and started to wonder, is a multilingual setup possible to achieve? I love the simplicity and the backend a lot, and it would be really nice to use this for a client-project.
I'm trying to build site with copilot kickstart.
Some collection field types are not work well.
Especially, I need to use MULTIPLESELECT and COLLECTIONLINK.
In localhost (windows wamp) environment, when adding new page to copilot through cockpit, HTML or Markdown. It throws 404. On regular Linux server problem didn't appear.
Already highlight items when using shift+left mouse button combination. But not changing selection items number on Select button.
Hi, posting this here in case others wondered. Before I dive to deep with CoPilot, I was wondering how much a license costs (USD). If this hasn't been determined, is there a range you are considering, to give an idea what to expect? Thanks.
