Switch header logo to svg

The header logo needs to be an SVG instead of an image

Fonts are not consistent across post dates

Fallback for webp images

Lets use .webp instead of .jpg or .png on the site.
.webp isn't supported by safari though so lets add a fallback as part of the lazy loading for images on the site.

PWA-ify the blog

Add a service worker / make the blog a progressive web app for offline viewing and help with performance.
