Hello,

I think the packageId value in the following file is wrong
resources\implementationguide\ch.chmed16af.emediplan-0.2.0.xml
The actual value is "ch.mediplan.chmed16af", I think it should be as in ig-new.xml "ch.chmed16af.emediplan"

CHMED MedicationStatement (Card)

• extension[substitution] ^short = "'equivalent': Substitution occurred or is permitted with another bioequivalent and therapeutically equivalent product."

Time of Gestation - Wrong Code

An incorrect code was used for the component:daytg in the Profile on Oberservation for Time of gestation . The code (LOINC 49052-4 = Gestational age in days) stands for the total time in days (e.g. 215 days) and not as intended for the component days additional to the component weeks (e.g. 30 weeks & 5 days).
