QMtpDevice should not be a QThread

It should contain a QThread for doing all the processing, but all the widgetry should stay in the GUI thread.

Qlix crashes due to bad object handling in threads (OSX, likely linux as well)

The Device Explorer is a complete mess. The "right side" view needs to be re-thought.
Maybe there should be a device view widget that gets moved around when switching from, say, Fileview to playlist view.

1. Move Qlix development website from berlios.de
2. Release 0.2.7 original tar gz to Debian repostiory
3. Create and host an OS X DMG binary
