Implement "normal" browser mode

We currently emulate Fennec's tabqueue behaviour.

As suggested in the demo sessions, it might be nice to have a normal browser mode:

1. Tap a link -> TQ opens a new custom tab
2. a) Press done -> return to previous app (i.e. quit TQ)
   b) Press save for later -> same, return to previous app (and save the page into the list)
   c) Maybe allow use of Next/return to list/etc?

This might require using different buttons in the custom tab than what we'd use in the TQ mode.

Allow opening the URL directly from the toast

I.e. we pretty much want the same behaviour that Fennec's toast offers.
