把两个学生的特征合在一起，增加样本数的创新

您好，我对样本选择的创新点这块很是好奇，这种做法可以有效解决样本数不足的问题，但是这种数据处理方法从没见过，我想请问一下：
问题1：这样做的依据的是什么呢？
问题2：还有就是两两对比的话最后样本数是不是要除以2呢？甲乙和乙甲不一样吗？
