There is an error in the abstract that needs to be corrected: "a very simple optimizer called DE ... can achieve similar (...)". Similar what? Perhaps "similar results"?
Would the results presented here generalize to other case studies?

Section 2.4 brings up the issue of lacking of parameter turning in the learning-based approaches in the software engineering domain. It would be more interesting and valuable to see more evidences along this direction.
