0. This is only SA. Since there is a random element(for noise). So I repeat it 20 times for each test case in Leave-One-Out. Thus the first fig is on the median of the 20 reps and the second fig is on the IQR of 20 reps.

2. No the conclusions are same. Upto 40% tolerance in error for LOC guessing is fine.
