Overview

This is the main repository for the AIAA DEIC Strategic Initiatives Workspace.

Currently this repository will be managed primarily by Olivia Pinon-Fischer and will hold information about both the wider Digital Engineering Integration committee (DEIC) as well as the current five strategic initiatives:

• Digital Engineering Book
• Digital Engineering Taxonomy
• Collaboration on VVUQ and Reconciling Semantics Across Frameworks
• Digital Engineering Workforce Working Group
• Digital Thread / Digital Twin Integration Working Group

Identify appropriate solution for generation of QR codes to add to AIAA DEIC presentations to facilitate easier 'on-boarding' and communications of latest AIAA DEIC activity across Professional Societies.

Create AIAA DEIC "Master" Webpage

If it doesn't already exist, can you please create a new repo that establishes an overall AIAA Digital Engineering Integration Committee (DEIC) landing page and add @opinonfischer and I as owners?

Would like to have this page built so we can have an overall landing page to send folks to for broader communication & coordination.

Aim is to include on that page:

• Brief description of AIAA DEIC
• Include links to our published Position Papers
• Include a form that allows folks to confirm their interest in joining as a member
• Include calendar of events so folks know when DEIC "all hands" and subgroup meetings are coming up
• Would also like to include a link to each Subcommittee webpage - may be opportunity for each of subcommittee chairs to get an early start / familiarity to coding ... ultimately to prepare us for the coming DEIC Book ...
