Error: Cannot find module 'git-wrapper'

Tried to get this to merge two ban lists, installed node.js from http://nodejs.org/ (Windows x64 v0.8.14) and installed git 1.8.0 from http://git-scm.com/download/win.

Command line:

node app.js -l server.1.bans.txt -c server.2.bans.txt -m merged.bans.txt
