is tethering or reverse tethering possible?

good to use it as a feature, some weird use case:

1 computer use net drive as usb wireless card, tethering
2 net drive use computer's internet connection if 2.1 wifi not available (why? the computer has built-in cellular data? reverse tethering
2.2 sharing wifi to other device (makes more sense
3 default, ethernet with dhcp but no internet

sshuttle complains
