type "gulp", which will set up localhost, watch your sass, js and browsersync. type "gulp fileinclude" which will add the header and footer files to all your template pages and create .html files

to look at you site type in broswer if you have closed it, as it will automatically open when you run "gulp" http://localhost:3000
