Add support for updating Catalog apps

Applications might be installed using Helm. We should detect this and update the Catalog itself instead of directly updating the container.

Add support for CronJob, DaemonSet, etc.

We're currently only upgrading Deployments, but the client requires a separate call to get these other types

Sentry Issue: KUBE-UPDATE-2

Two issues:

• We don't properly parse the ImageReference 127.0.0.1:4521/repo
• We need to use the credentials to login to the registry
