Secrets are exposed in values.yaml and can't be referenced via secretKeyRef

Hello there!

I am trying to move to psql fro sqlite after recent update and realised that I can't really reference secrets and have to provide the secrets directly in the values.yaml file, this is considered bad practice because if someone gets access of my repo and/or the values.yaml file they have the password. It would be nice to be able to do something like

database:
    url:
        secretKeyRef:
          name: secretname
          key: keyname

or ask user to provide the entire secret.yaml equivalent themselves and have something like existingSecret: myOwnSecret
