filename doesn't follow aurelia convention

Nice work @jadhavajay, thanks for your effort to spread Aurelia!

Just want to point out all the filenames did not follow Aurelia convention. As shown in all Aurelia official repos and docs, articlecomponent.js should be named as article-component.js.

Hope you make this change, to provide readers a consistent view of how Aurelia works.

BTW, demo link doesn't work :-(

Missing README step

I had to do this step:

npm install aurelia-cli -g

Not intuitive that you have to do that from the README.
