Server Crash in v17

I swear this is the last one I'll submit tonight. Sorry for keeping you so busy.
Crash log: http://pastebin.com/HidsiRLN
I got a message saying 'Your tongue goes numb...' and since there were no obvious changes, I decided to try messaging. Server crashed, client was booted out but seemed intact.

Client Crash in v16

I do this because I love you.
Crash log: http://pastebin.com/4QYTpN3d
Client side only. Server lived through it. I was playing alone and I didn't see this crash until a friend logged in, and now we are crashing semi-frequently. We usually crash at the same time, but once I lived through when my friend didn't. Not sure why yet. Will report back if I figure anything out.

Server crash

So I was playing around on the sever me and my friends have created, just doing some casual TC research when the server crashed. The client was simply disconnected and did not crash, when I restarted the server and logged back in my character plunged straight into the void and died.

This is the "hole" that had been created after the crash.
2016-03-22_09 39 56

As you can see here it has happened over a chunk boarder too. During the crash my character was standing on the row of blocks to the right of the border and interacted with a block on the left side, TC research table.
2016-03-22_09 40 14

As you can see on the following two pictures the hole appears to have been created by the blocks being replaced by some broken blocks from this mod. Thrown blocks will bounce violently on the blocks while solid creatures (players, mobs etc.) will fall through them.

2016-03-22_09 40 43
2016-03-22_09 41 01

Blocks can be placed on top of these broken blocks and gravel/sand will not fall through them, these blocks will however fall through the broken blocks if they are allowed to start falling.
[X] = solid blocks
[_] = broken blocks
__ = no block
X =gravel/sand

[X] X [X]
[X][_][X]
[X]___[X]

If gravel/sand is placed like above it will stay but if placed as bottom left the gravel/sand will end up as shown in the bottom right.

[X] X [X] | [X]___[X]
[X]___[X] | [X]___[X]
[X][_][X] | [X][_][X]
[X]___[X] | [X] X [X]
[X][X][X] | [X][X][X]

Bellow is the crash report from the crash. Should you need to look at more of our server files to fix these broken blocks I can give you access to our Bitbucket repository were it is backed up.

Client Crash in v14

I swear I don't have it out for you, Shukaro. I just... feel the need to do my due diligence in reporting these things.
Crash logs: http://pastebin.com/P5dfCCPc
Crash logs: http://pastebin.com/kHyifeTv
They look identical to me, something about WarpEars or sumtin'. They only drop my client, not the server, so that's nice. It's pretty harmless, only happens about once an hour, so I'm making do.

Edit: Ok, I've noticed it seems to crash any time I try to type something. As soon as I press enter, crash.

Eldritch Tab Research Not Present

Upon opening the Eldritch Tab of the Thaumnomicon, the research for the Pure Tear and the Purification Talisman were not present. This remained true after admin giving myself all research.

warptheoryfuckingsucks

The mod is correctly installed, as the Litmus Paper and the Hunk of Something both correctly appear in the book and are craftable.

Server Crash in v13

Crash log: http://pastebin.com/eqPS5Ymv
I don't really know how to read crash logs, sorry. All I can divine is that the source is Warp Theory. It may even just be a conflict with another mod, I'm not sure. Thanks Shukaro!

Allowlisting Imperva IP addresses & Setting IP restriction rules

Cloud WAFPublicKnowledgebase
With Cloud WAF (formerly Incapsula) deployed on the edge of your network and serving as a proxy for all incoming traffic, there should be no reason to accept traffic from anywhere but our network.

Please Allowlist ALL Cloud WAF IPs

Please make sure that:

Cloud WAF IPs are allowlisted in your web server firewall and on the firewall deployed in front of your web server.
Server modules that enforce IP rate limiting are not set to Cloud WAF IPs.
Please restrict access from non-Imperva IPs

We recommend setting IP restriction rules to block all traffic from non-Cloud WAF IP addresses.

Setting IP restrictions (i.e. using your firewall or IPtables) will block all illegal requests that try to circumvent the Cloud WAF.

Here is a list of IP address ranges that are used by Cloud WAF:

199.83.128.0/21
198.143.32.0/19
149.126.72.0/21
103.28.248.0/22
45.64.64.0/22
185.11.124.0/22
192.230.64.0/18
107.154.0.0/16
45.60.0.0/16
45.223.0.0/16
131.125.128.0/17

2a02:e980::/29

We have converted the above values to simple IP ranges for your convenience:

199.83.128.1 - 199.83.135.254
198.143.32.1 - 198.143.63.254
149.126.72.1 - 149.126.79.254
103.28.248.1 - 103.28.251.254
185.11.124.1 - 185.11.127.254
45.64.64.0 - 45.64.67.255
192.230.64.1 - 192.230.127.254
107.154.0.0 - 107.154.255.254
45.60.0.1 - 45.60.255.254
45.223.0.1 - 45.223.255.254
131.125.128.1-131.125.255.254

2a02:e980:0:0:0:0:0:0 - 2a02:e987:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff

Just a note*** this list may be changed periodically.

We recommend monitoring the page, as this list may be changed periodically.

Important Notes:

  • If you create such IP restrictions, make sure to back them up if you disable Cloud WAF on your site or revert your DNS to its original settings.

  • Please pay attention to the /21 and /22 networks: For example, the proper range for 149.126.72.0/21 will be 149.126.72.0 - 149.126.79.254

These ranges can be retrieved via API by executing the following API call:

https://my.imperva.com/api/integration/v1/ips with parameter resp_format

This will determine the format of the output from one of the following:  json | apache | nginx | iptables | text

(for example: curl -s --data "resp_format=apache" https://my.imperva.com/api/integration/v1/ips)

If you do not have access to a network firewall, consult your web server documentation for instructions on how to set up IP restrictions.

Other services (not WAF Proxy IPs - will not be included in API response):

18.197.138.101/32
52.28.122.247/32
18.196.8.244/32
