flycheck-plantuml failed to check

The plantuml checker defined by flycheck-plantuml uses the jar path.

Sets plantuml-jar-path explicitly like that will fix the issue:

goto-line-preview doesn't seem to work

I've experimentally added goto-line-preview package at 54676a5, but line numbers aren't shown when the command is invoked.
