Input hang on spawning new bats

When spawning a new bat a while after the last one passed (so I assume when appending the bat to an empty list of bats), the player sprite's rotation doesn't update for ~1 sec.

Either something to do with CoreMotion, SpriteKit, or the spawn loop.

Lock landscape orientation; fix tilt behavior

Add wait to tutorial
