Implement recommended community standards to the project

Hello @akshatbhuhagal

I was going though this project and noticed that there are some missing items based on the Github Community Standards recommendations that would make the project contributor friendly, e.g. a license, an issue template and a pull request template.

Let me know if this is something you would like to implement on this project.

Implement Hidden Notes Featues

Add Hidden Notes Featues where we can hide paticular notes.

Want to change the splash screen

Want to remove the Title bar and Navigation bar from splash screen to make it spread on full screen of your device.

Web url Cross Button Issue

Suppose, you have an item which you already created. Now you want to edit it.So when you click on the item it goes the Fragment where you edit your item. If you click the delete(Cross Icon -> web Url), the total web Url view remains invisible, but it takes the whole space. I think you are trying to remove the url text because you already used an edit text filed. If your goal to hide the view when click on the Cross button, then just need to hide the full view. What is your purpose of using Cross button? I wanna fix this issue.
