Port the MSSW to 3.x Tablets

At should some time we should port the MSSW to tablets. This will mainly affect 
the UI.

Add check for SD card availability

Add check for SD card availability. Drops lots of exceptions if card is not 
there.

Search-Button doesn't work under some circumstances

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the FOAF-Browser ()
2. Press the Hardware-Search-Button
3. Enter a URI and hit return or some send button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the according FOAF-Profile but you will see no result.

If you repeat the same with the same URI it shouldn't work again, if you repeat 
it instead with a different URI you will get the result.

mssw.apk could not be installed on this mobile phone

I wanted to install msw first, then mssw.
msw installed fine but I could not run it (of course).
mssw could not be installed (maybe my hero has an too old android)

Get the Contacts of the User

Kontaktliste des Systembenutzers abrufen

In der WebID des Systembenutzers sind Beziehungen zu anderen WebIDs, und
damit den dadurch referenzierten Personen (Kontakten), definiert.
Diese Beziehungen können unterschiedlicher Art sein um auszudrücken, wie
die Personen zueinander stehen, zum Beispiel Freunde sind oder mit einander
arbeiten.
Es soll eine Liste der Kontakte erstellt werden, welche mit der WebID des
Systembenutzers in Verbindung stehen.
Dabei soll nach Art der Beziehungen unterschieden werden.
