Write unit tests, measure coverage using Travis and break the build if it is lower than the threshold.
As part of the Travis build, generate Sphinx docs and publish in github pages.
Add quality checks in Travis CI:
-Pylint compliance.
-Pydocstyle compliance.
-Xenon compliance.
-Bandit compliance.
This should be able to run as a docker container so the users do not need to install Python or any other dependencies (other than docker, that is).
