Hi,
Here we can continue the conversation about the development of Custom Recovery for the S42G. For more different cases, you can send me an email. I need some information I need from the device, BUT everything must be done with the stock img so that we have reliable information.

1. I need information about fastboot and also fastbootd with fastboot getvar all. Save two files txt and upload here or only copy & paste;
2. If some parts of external Storage like MicroSD and or OTG not work, let me know;
3. Looking partitions in fstab file so confirmed no_recovery but I have doubt about /journey_persist

/dev/block/platform/bootdevice/by-name/journey_persist /mnt/journey/persist ext4 noatime,nosuid,nodev,noauto_da_alloc,commit=1,nodelalloc optional,check,formattable

but maybe it's related to encryption mode or not?!? We know after....... But if you know what is it (backup partition and unpack to look) so report files please;

4. As the device really is 32-bit, we will do tests, because I really don't know what could happen. So be prepared for errors and problems;
5. The encryption type was confirmed by the prop.default file with the boot_catS42_stock10.img file:

ro.hardware.kmsetkey=trustonic
ro.vendor.mtk_trustonic_tee_support=1

Still downloading the super.img file to get files and put some decryption script.
