Rename the <button> tag to avoid all confusion with the real html

Maybe the <button> tag should be renamed into something inexistant in the HTML.
Here are some possibilities:

• btn
• mail-button
• sbutton (Super Button :D)
• bbutton (Batman Bulletproof Button)
• bp-button (Bullet Proof Button)
• bpbutton (Bullet Proof Button)
• bouton

Apply the col-sm-* class only if element is .responsive

• If element has small attribute but is not responsive do not apply the col-sm-X class
• CSS should be .responsive.col-sm-X to avoid the premailer to add the col-sm styles to the element
• (optional) remove the col-sm-X class from the generated tag if not responsive

Wrong spelling "btnvlm" in the generated <button> vml

When I was using the tag, and wanting to style it with the specific [btnvml] like you can find here: https://github.com/Dcode-Evo/dcode-mail-bootstrap/blob/develop/bootstrap/_buttons.scss, I've noticed that my css wasn't working because in fact the generated vml code contained a "btnvlm" tag instead of the right which is used in the referenced button css, "btnvml".

So, correct btnvlm to btnvml, in node_modules -> grunt-marker ->tasks -> lib -> marker.js

Should not alter nested table

Use case:
