Plugin does not work when using BootStrap Remote Tabs

Hello,

Thanks for taking the time to make this plugin. After doing a lot of research, your plugin appears to do exactly what I need.

Unfortunately I tried for around 5 hours to try and see why this plugin is unable to work with AJAX loaded tabs. (I'm using this plugin https://github.com/LeaseWeb/bootstrap-remote-data). From what I can see, the plugin doesn't break the markup however I was unable to determine why I was getting the radical behaviour, ie no ajax content able to be loaded, dropdown menu renaming itself to tabs that werent in the menu yet, etc.

Hopefully one day you can add support for remote tabs as working on the plugin is beyond my skills.

Dropdown text should change and reflect the selected item under it.

When selecting an item from the dropdown, there is no feedback for the user regarding selected element, unless the dropdown is again expanded.

I love your plugin.
Here's a small improvement:

The default text of the dropdown-tab is hardcoded as "Dropdown"
on line 58 $('>a', dropdown).html('Dropdown <b class="caret"></b>');

For multilanguage purposes it would be a nice feature to make this configurable
ie: add after Line 16 this: dropdownLabel : "Dropdown",
and change the above code to $('>a', dropdown).html(s.dropdownLabel + ' <b class="caret"></b>');

then this can be set by parameters: $('.droptabs').droptabs({dropdownLabel: 'myLabel'});

Hide dropdown when all items is visible in the width

Hi.
I notice the dropdown will show in first load even if all the items fit into specific width.
How to hide the dropdown instead of show when all items are fit in the width?

Include minified js version
