How to integrate this extension in my exiting loopback4 project, where i want to emit on socket from my http controler?

where i am getting the port 3000 already in use error. I am following this issue

and tried all the solutions discussed over there but no luck.
If i user different ports both for httpserver and socket server then i am able to connect with socket in localhost environment, but my app is deployed on gcloud app engine, where socket is not working i.e. client app (flutter mobile) is unable to make a connection with the socket server.
According to my understanding, this is happening because my socket server port is not 3000 or the one on which gcloud app engine project is listening to.
So i want to run socket server and my http server on a same port.
Please help me out.
