The log only print a few data, which normally printed before fml window show. I guess this may cause by one of the following reasons:
1.JVM error: find whether there are files which name starts with hs_err_<crash time> and read it or upload it here. If don't find, try to reinstall java. (I recommend to use openjdk 17 or 21)
2.OpenGL error: Try to upgrade your graphics drivers.
3.FML error: Try a different version of Forge.
