create a new project backoffice-dao

It is necesary to add a new project backoffice-dao, to implement dao level in backoffice application. It should be maked with JPA 2.0 to work on glassfish 3.1.
This is the task for i-teco employees, not students.

Необходимо реализовать код во всех местах где встречается директива //TODO:.
Эти директивы видны в представлении tasks в eclipse. По всем вопросам можно писать мне на почту. Когда задание будет сделано нужно сделать pull-request (Предварительно сделав Fork).
После реализации //TODO: пишите //TODO: (completed) чтобы было легче найти.
