Create Resources builder

ResourcesBuilder to create Resources tree with chained methods call.

Create request properties patterns for marameter, verb and header

Create CDI-based Resource resolver

Parse hors annotations in CDI extensions, create Bean description for them.
Create Resources bean that holds beans for resources and their patterns
Find Bean that matches current request, create instance for it as current resource.
Expose path parameters as CDI beans.

Convert Hors-impl tests to Scala Specs2

1. add Scala to the hors-impl project, or create separate impl-test-scala
2. Use Java for beans and components, Scala for test
3. create specs for Hors use-cases.
4. Optional - create Junit specs runner for Arquillian
