hex-parser

parses hex txt in FF55 format to "0xFF, 0x55" and saves in a txt file

converts hex text to actual binary (input from hex-parser)

this is a bug, that lives on a square, that only has edges. randomly chooses paths, and if gets to the other side of the square, the app logs the number of steps, and makes statistics about it. it converges to 10 for some fucked up reason. math, huh.
