List available talks on front page

Use case
A conference or meetup organizer want to find talks for their event. They visit the home in order to discover which talks are available.

Definition of done
The home page lists all talks in the database. A talk consists of "title", "speaker", and "location". Don't worry about styling, so go for whatever bootstrap components will work.

Brainstorming

These are my random raw thoughts on what's supposed to go in. I think the most important thing is the talks, and secondly the people, meetups/confs are the least important in my mind since what we're trying to connect people to is good talks (and that could be people looking to see talks too). Do you agree/disagree?
