Project first start is broken

After the first one launch of an application, the display is broken and need to press cmd+r.
This behavior is confusing to new developers.

The best developer expirience

After I created a fix for this issue #2 I found a new challenge. If the bundle is created, we don't need to have a wait before start electron app.

Need to create some checking after the first cold launch. If we have some bundle files, we don't need to await. Just drop this step for this behavior.

It exploded durring npm install

So, durring the npm install experience, everything went kaboom. Not sure how else to put it.
