Write values into INI file

I have a file of type INI file that contains the following lines
[QB]
Key = PO0119
When I need to update the value of Key use this code snippet:
{
Parserdata = new IniData ();
FileIniData = new FileIniDataParser ();
Parserdata (stAppName) (stKey) = stVal;
FileIniData. WriteFile (stFileIni, ParserData);
}
where: stAppName = " [QB] "
stKey = " Key "
stVal = " PO0120 "
believing it to be simply changed the value of key or overwritten.
Instead in the ini file I find myself 2 Sections [QB] and two Key:
[QB]
Key = PO0119
[QB]
Key = PO0120
so when I'm going to reread it gives me error because it has duplicate section!!
Where is the problem??
