How to use this library?

Where is description how to use this library? Why readme is empty ?

File storage cache is missing write lock

As in topic, default storage implementation is missing write lock during file_put_contents.

Dropping php-5.x version supports

As title, it seems that the php-5.x versions are inactive/unsupported on official PHP team.

To avoid support inactive PHP versions, I think it's time to drop them and let this package require php-7.1 version at least.

Once this issue is accepted, I can work on this :).

why do use own response object ?

hi, why do you use your own response object ? why not return the original guzzle response ?
i connact use function like $reponse->json.... and all the others....

possibility to add headers to request

there is no possibility to add custom headers to each request

Fluent interface in Request

it would be nice to return request instance in following methods

setBody()
addQueryParam()

as it is in addHeader()

request addHeader results in sending invalid headers

$request = $client->get(...)
$request->addHeader("Accept", "application/vendor.version+json")
$request->send()

results in sending
Accept: application/json, Array

Rest delete method implementation

Currently toper has no implementation of rest DELETE method.
