Make this repo public

So I want to make this repo public, eventually. Here are things I need to take care of before doing so:

• Clear up the drafts folder
• Make a CONTRIBUTING (unlikely I'll need it, but maybe)

Redesign blog list

Allow blog post summaries to have a GH preview if it's advertising a certain project

Anthology Updates

• Add a summary option to show a summary of each chapter
• Add a chapter name
• Allow "announcement" like posts to anthologies
  • As an example, the "hiatus" and "introduction" posts for BZFlag plugins are announcements and not a part of the actual series.

Create Atom / JSON feed for anthologies

Each anthology should have an Atom and JSON feed to be able to subscribe to just that.

Homepage updates

Despite it being a landing page focused only on the aesthetics, it doesn't tell people much. So I want to rethink what I can do with it and show some activity such as the latest blog post or something.

Add tags + categories

Using stakx 0.2.0's ability for complex variables in Front Matter, add support for clicking post categories and tags, add necessary repeater pageviews for that information.

Drop bower + npm requirements

stakx 0.2.0 will have native support for Scss, so drop bower and npm as soon as dev-master of stakx supports it.

Clean up _data

• Delete opensource.yml
• Maybe move social into _config.yml?

BZFlag Plug-in tutorial API docs update

The links for function docs should point to the new website instead of the Wiki
