Playing SSP, I have a digital miner placed in world. Save / shutdown / restart, and it's gone.
This has happened a couple times now.

botania:floatingSpecialFlower types to generate mana/fuctioning flowers cannot be crafted. Recipes are missing.
When shifted to access scope, the scope crosshairs come up with the magnification options but do not zoom in when scroll wheel is applied to increase magnification. Zoom stays at default despite the magnification being told to increase from 1.6x (default view) to 10x zoom scale.
There are three blueprints, common projectiles, specialized projects and arc furnace electrodes. The only one that can be made is the common projectiles blueprint. Do you think it is possible to make recipes for the other two? Or would that unbalance things?
The Thermal Foundation Crescent Hammer works on Thermal Expansion blocks seeing as it is an part of the Thermal mod line. It does not morph if added to the morphing tool. This is fixed by adding it under mod aliases: ThermalFoundation=ThermalExpansion.
I've been trying to get this mod pack to work on my desktop for the past week but i don't know what is wrong. I have looked through logs, uninstalled and re-installed the game, launcher, all my java and windows 10(i had just done so anyways so no big deal) nothing had solidly fix it.
when I reinstalled windows it worked for a bit and I was able to play and everything but now it can't launch the game anymore again. sometimes it will crash gracefully (but with no good popup as to why). but most of the time it will blue screen my machine. if you can help I would greatly appreciate it would greatly appreciate it[

According to the wiki the Amethyst bucket was removed in favour of allowing it to be picked up by a normal bucket. When picked up it turns into normal water. You can pick it up with RFTools Builder though.
LibVulpes Motor(s) does not work with construction of advanced rocketry machinery despite LibVulpes being a AdvRock. dependency.
After you have made the Akashic Tome and have added one book to it. Then you can put it in the crafting table and you'll be able to make it into one that holds all the guides. I doubt it is meant to do that so I thought I'd mention it.
Unless there was a specific reason you updated Chisels and Bits to the 12.14 beta version, I would suggest you revert back to 12.12 release version. The beta version was causing major clunk update lag in my world, see this bug report: ChiselsAndBits/Chisels-and-Bits#282
Railcraft copper plates are craftable with 2x2 of ore:copperIngot but can't be used and can't be converted since themselves are not oredict with plateCopper. They don't even have a smeltery melting recipe or anything.
recommend: remove recipe for railcraft copper plates (since it's the "easiest" recipe anyway) or ore:plateCopper.add(railcraft:plate:3);
I just started playing this pack and love it. I haven't had any issues even tho this pack is huge. If I can, I would like to suggest adding the following mods:
Natural Pledge, it is a great addon for Botania.
Useful Nullifies, it has a portable nullifier, that deletes a set block automatically from your invertory when picked up, ie cobblestone when mining etc. If there is an item in the pack already that does this, please let me know.

I noticed that IndustrialCraft2 didnt show correct on nei.
Libvulpes and Advanced Rocketry engine has the same recipe.
Sometimes if items shown on the screen is right clicked it is duplicated instead of actually being removed from the inventory. I tested it with a few different blocks and as long as I put it inside the chest I could infinitely duplicate it. I managed to recreate the duplication when some of the items that were removed were still shown on screen, if you break the screen and place them down again you can duplicate the items.
The void ore miner no longer works after the latest update. Clear lens with power produces no ores and if you change a lens to a colored one, it crashes the server/client giving a ticking entity error.
Default RF/t is 1024, current config is using outdated 2048 RF/t.

If silk-touched (or from other means maybe void ore miner) the prosperity ore from mystical ag can't be processed in any machines making auto ore processing difficult (possible with placer/breaker setups)
Suggest adding a sag/crusher/etc recipe to process the ore block into shards
Substratum's steel gear and Mekanisms boiler casing has the same recipe.
Mekanism can't receive/transmit power to/from RF providers/users.
Unsure if this is on purpose but this haven't always been the case with Mekanism.
Easy to replicate:
Mekanism generator -> EnderIO Capacitor bank. Capacitor bank won't charge.
VERY MINOR --
JER has a "blacklist" for enchants to not show -- Soulbound and FlimFlam are blacklisted by default to prevent every item form having an "enchantment" tab.
The "Life Steal" enchant, however is another such that is shown for all items. Suggest blacklisting it in jeresources.json or some other accommodation.
(The mod was downloaded with CMPDL and imported into MultiMC, in case that makes a difference)
When planting a TechReborn rubber sapling, it appears as a cube with the black/pink "no texture" appearance.
Unable to extract core sample from drill with right click/anything that can extract items whilst in a multi-player server. This however works perfectly fine in single player. Server file config has same settings for this as single player. Still does not work in multi-player.

I noticed a lack of NuclearCraft ores from the Void Ore Miner, so I compiled a list of ores with an OreDict name of ore* that, according to JEI, spawn in the overworld, but are not generated by the Void Ore/Resource Miner:
I'm not adding a minable.json PR because I don't think I'd choose the right colors and weights for those ores (and not because I'm lazy ;) ). There may also still be some ores that are no longer in the pack, but I didn't compile a list of those (because I'm lazy).

Advanced Rocketry Space Dimension -2 (Space Station Orbit) has Tinker's Construct Slime Islands generated. Not sure if intended by pack or oversight by pack developer.

It would seem that the gears from Crossroads doesn't have a recipe and normal gears aren't working with the mod (probably because of the special properties).
Also Tiberium from the Tinkers Alloying Addon drops Tiberium crystal with missing textures/icon and the Smeltery melts it into Dilithium instead of Tiberium.

I've tried with every battery/conduit/cable but or draconic crystals; impossible to feed energy in that block that is requiered to craft Draconic evolution items.

The upgrades I have on the Dark Steel Armor are:
Helmet: Empowered II (The Double-Layer capacitor)
Chestplate: Empowered II, Elytra
Leggings: Empowered II, Speed III
Boots: Empowered II, Jump III, Flippers, Apiarist
Attempting to fly with the Angel Ring, while sprinting causes player to spasm. The speed effect doesn't apply when flying, as a result of this. Taking the leggings off, or slowing down to normal pace, removes the screen shaking/spasming.
Also, elytra, and jump upgrades, and flight are not compatible with each other. Attempting to fly, and then falling down has mixed results, based on whether all 3 'mini-jumps' were used prior to flight.
the tinkers alloying "Dilithium Fluid" melts in a smeltery, and can cast into ingots, but has no recipe to cast blocks (but blocks do exist as 9x ingots)
Crafting this item will cause crash when steel block and regular mekanism jetpack entered the crafting grid together.
Thermal Dynamics is out now, so it should be added to the pack.
If I disconnect or restart the server I need to go down and remove the Refined Storage cable connecting to it and break one or two blocks. To make it connect properly again I have to place the blocks first then connect the Refined Storage cable. I don't know if this is a bug directly related to the mod or something, but I thought it would be worth mentioning.
I am not certain of this, but it seems as if the water walking boots from random things does not spawn in dungeon or stronghold chests. This isn't really that important but I thought I should mention it.
The item "The Gift Of The Gods" from ArmorPlus, when used, is supposed to give any item in the entire modpack. It has 2 uses, but doesn't seem to work at all. Making it in survival mode yielded no results. Same with spawning 20 of them in.
