Better interface for search params

It would be ideal for the search params to be passed as the end user intends them, and not as they'll look like in duckduckgo's query. What I mean is that if you search for Lisa Blackpink on DDG the query'll be Lisa+Blackpink (the blank space is replaced by a +), and objects of the Searcher class (searcher.py) don't prepare for this (if you want it to search for Lisa Blackpink, you'll have to add the + yourself when creating the object.

Suggestion: process the parameters before saving them (inside __init__)
