Consider replacing release_1 tag with release_106 tag in remote git repo

After discussion with @chrisroos I added a release_106 tag to xxx and removed the release_1 tag using the following commands:

$ git tag release_106 0ec49f49be8a33c4b174cd69e3de60aa52bf77f7
$ git tag -d release_1
Deleted tag 'release_1' (was f6e61d2)
$ git push --tags
Total 0 (delta 0), reused 0 (delta 0)
To github.com:alphagov/asset-manager.git
 * [new tag]         release_106 -> release_106

Everything looks OK to me, so I'm going to close this.
