Doesn't build with 2016.06

Module doesn't build with 2016.06

$ perl6 -v
This is Rakudo version 2016.06-229-g4e5c3e8 built on MoarVM version 2016.06-9-g8fc21d5
implementing Perl 6.c.

Here is what I get. Looks like the problem is with the fopen definition.

Module doesn't build on Windows

My module, Archive::SimpleZip, indirectly uses Compress-Bzip2-Raw

Don't develop on Windows myself, but created an .appveyor file on github to get it tested on Windows.

This was the result - looks like fopen is the culprit.
