nanoset.py's Issues

Nanoset with Python 3.8 on MacOS

There is no pre-compiled version available for Python 3.8 on MacOS.

Would be helpful to note this dependency issue. To install with Python 3.8 on MacOS you need the rust toolchain.

Missing wheels for Python 3.8

Ever since Arch Linux updated to Python 3.8, I have been unable to install nanoset. No wheels for Python 3.8 are available, so pip tries to compile it from source, but fails because Arch's rust package is on the latest stable release and Arch's rust-nightly package is broken. Could you please consider publishing Python 3.8 wheels from now on?

Wheels for 3.9 and 3.10

Is it possible to release wheels for CPython 3.9 and 3.10 to PyPi? This project looks really cool, but I'd rather not have to install rust and build this in CI, as that would slow down building and testing considerably. I checked the code for instructions on how to build wheels, but I couldn't find any. I'd also like to try contributing to the code, but I don't see any standards for contributing. Should I use rust-fmt? Are there any quirks to know about before I start trying to contribute?
