Divisi Perangkat Lunak merupakan platform untuk mengembangkan talenta di bidang pengembangan perangkat lunak. MVP dari platform ini berfokus untuk membantu bagaimana caranya talent bisa mendapatkan pekerjaan. Beberapa masalah yang dihadapi talent adalah : belum punya skill, punya skill tapi belum punya konten portofolio yang selling, udah bikin portofolio yang selling tapi belum stand out from the crowd.
